Open Ready to send - 1Tools โ iConnect โ Ready to send. Tap a consumer to see the visits that will go.
- 2Click Send N visits. Untick anyone you want to hold back.
- 3Review: every check iConnect applies runs up front. Fix anything red, then confirm. Sending cannot be undone.
- 4The batch appears under Batches as 'Sent ยท waiting for APD'. Results usually arrive within an hour; WaiverSoft checks every hour, or click Check for results.
What the batch card shows
- All N accepted: done. The visits are in iConnect and frozen in WaiverSoft.
- N rejected ยท M accepted: APD's reason is shown per consumer. Rejected visits go back to Ready to send so you can fix the cause and send again.
- Not sent ยท retry: APD's server couldn't be reached. Nothing went out; click Send again.
Each shift shows its own status (Sent, Accepted by APD, Rejected by APD) in the shift dialog on the calendar.
