An admin can request deletion under More → Settings → Security → Delete agency. The agency is scheduled for permanent removal in 30 days; during that window the app stays readable and any admin can cancel the request.
After 30 days, records, documents, notes, e-sign requests and the audit log are permanently deleted, and the subscription ends. Export anything you need before then.
