How is WaiverSoft priced?

By seat, and a seat is a consumer record. When you add consumers beyond the seats you bought, the subscription grows to cover them at the next sync; it never shrinks on its own.

Where do I change the card or seats?

More → Settings → Billing (admins only). Update the payment method, buy seats ahead of time, or cancel. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.

What is the billing export?

Tools → Billing export builds a CSV of delivered services for a date range: consumer, service, units from actual clock-in and clock-out, and flags for anything that would fail an authorization check. It's the sheet you or your biller use for FLMMIS claims.

What happens if payment fails?

The app locks changes and shows a banner until the card is updated. Reading records keeps working.
