Open the audit log More → Settings → Security → Audit log (admins). Every row is who did what to which record and when: document viewed, uploaded, replaced, deleted; record created or changed; e-sign request sent. Filter by person, record or date, and export the range a surveyor asks for.
Entries can't be edited or removed. If a document is deleted, its audit rows remain.
