Open the dashboard The dashboard is a to-do list disguised as a summary. Each tile is a count of something that needs attention, and clicking it opens the filtered list.
- Expired: documents past their expiration date. These are audit findings waiting to happen.
- Expiring soon: within 30 days. The daily digest email lists the same items.
- Incomplete records: consumers or employees missing a required document.
- Visits ready for iConnect: documented visits that can be sent to APD now (shown once you're connected).
Turn on the daily digest under More → Notifications and the same counts arrive by email every morning.
