WaiverSoft is the record system for a Florida APD iBudget agency: every consumer and employee has a record, every record has the documents APD expects, and the app tells you what's expiring or missing before a survey does.

Day 1: people

  1. 1Add your consumers under Consumers β†’ New consumer. Name and APD ID are enough to start; the rest can wait.
  2. 2Add your employees under Employees β†’ New employee. Job role decides which documents the record needs.
  3. 3Invite the people who will use WaiverSoft under More β†’ Settings β†’ Team. Admins see everything; staff can work records but not change the agency, billing, or delete permanently.

Day 2: documents

  1. 1Open a record and upload what you already have. Each slot is a requirement APD checks (background screening, training, the support plan, and so on).
  2. 2Set the expiration date when a document has one. Expiring and expired items show on the dashboard and in the daily digest email.
  3. 3Use Coworker (the assistant on the More tab) to file a stack of PDFs: drop them in and it proposes where each goes.

Day 3: the rest

  • Scheduling: put shifts on the calendar so caregivers can clock in and write visit notes from the mobile app.
  • iConnect: once visits are documented, connect to APD's iConnect to send them automatically (Tools β†’ iConnect).
  • E-Sign: send documents for signature instead of chasing paper.
Stuck on any of this? Support β†’ Contact support reaches a person, and every setup step in iConnect has a 'Book a screenshare' link.
