Where do I write a note?

Every note belongs to a visit. Caregivers write the visit note when they clock out in the app. Office staff add or correct a note on the shift from Scheduling (Edit shift); corrections are logged. There is no separate notes list on the consumer.

Can Coworker draft a note?

Yes. Ask it for a progress note for a visit and it drafts from the shift's details; you review and save. Nothing is sent anywhere until you approve it.

Can a note be changed after it was sent to iConnect?

Not in WaiverSoft. Once a visit has been sent, its note is frozen so the record matches what APD has. Only an APD supervisory user can remove an activity on their side.

Incident reports

File incidents from the consumer's Incidents tab. Each report has a status, an assigned person and a history, and admins can export it as a PDF for APD.
