Open Coworker

Coworker is the assistant on the More tab (Tools → Coworker on the web). It only sees your agency's data and only does what you approve.

Good things to ask

  • Which employees have a background screening expiring this month?
  • Show me Maria's visits last week as a table.
  • Draft a progress note for yesterday's 3 PM visit with James.
  • File these three PDFs (attach them).
  • Send the new hire packet to Ana for signature.

Approvals

Reads run immediately. Anything that changes a record shows an approval card first. Auto mode lets routine changes run without the card, but emails, status changes, identity edits and deletions always ask.

Voice

Tap the microphone for a live voice conversation. Voice always confirms before changing anything.

Privacy

Coworker runs on Anthropic and OpenAI models under signed business associate agreements. What it reads is limited to your agency's records, and nothing it drafts is saved until you say so.
