Two-factor authentication and Face ID

Turn on an authenticator app for your login, and lock the mobile app behind Face ID.

  1. 1More β†’ Settings β†’ Security β†’ Two-factor authentication β†’ Set up.
  2. 2Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) and enter the six-digit code.
  3. 3From now on, every login asks for a code after the password. The mobile app asks once per session.

Face ID on the phone

In the app, More β†’ Settings β†’ Face ID lock. The app locks whenever it goes to the background and hides its content in the app switcher.

Lost your authenticator? Another admin can reset yours from Team. If you're the only admin, contact support.
