Upload, replace and request documents

Three ways a document gets into a record: you upload it, Coworker files it, or the person sends it through a request link.

Upload it yourself

  1. 1Open the record and click the slot the document belongs to, or Upload at the top of the record.
  2. 2Choose the PDF, JPEG or PNG (25 MB max), set the expiration date if it has one, and save.

Let Coworker file it

On the More tab, open Coworker and attach one or several PDFs. It reads them, proposes the record and slot for each, and files them when you approve.

Ask the person to send it

  1. 1On the record, choose Request documents and tick what you need.
  2. 2WaiverSoft emails a secure link. The recipient uploads from their phone without an account.
  3. 3Each upload lands in the right slot for you to review.
Request links expire and are single-use per document, so they are safe to send to a caregiver's personal email.
