Open Qlarant audit Qlarant chooses who is reviewed in a Provider Discovery Review and tells you the names. Tools → Qlarant audit turns those names into one folder, laid out like Qlarant's own checklists. You can also use it for a practice run with your own picks.
- 1Set the review period. Qlarant looks at the 12 months before the review, so that is the default.
- 2Tick the staff under review, then the consumers. The line next to Export shows how many of their documents are missing or expired.
- 3Fix what you can first: open the record, upload or renew the document, come back.
- 4Export package. You get a zip with a cover index, each person's documents in their record sections, a service log for every month, service authorizations and incident reports.
What's inside
- Cover index: the sample, each person's readiness, Qlarant Alert items that are not on file, and everything to fix.
- Pre-review lists: all employees and the persons served. Qlarant asks for these before it names the sample; fill in the columns Waiversoft doesn't track.
- Each person's checklist: what the reviewer looks for, its status, and the file that answers it. That is the page to have open on the closing call.
- Service logs: every completed visit with the staff member, the scheduled and clocked times, and the session note. Copied notes are flagged.
The other two pages
- To fix: every required document that is missing, expired or expiring within 30 days on your active staff and consumers. Qlarant's Alert items come first. Tap a row to open the record.
- What Qlarant reviews: how the review works, and what the reviewer looks for on each person, matched to the document types on your records.
For a desk review Qlarant accepts documents electronically only, in one submission within 7 calendar days, and nothing afterwards. The statuses in the package are your own readiness check, not a Qlarant score.
