How it works

From your own forms to a signed copy on file

Use the forms your agency already has. Set them up once, then send them in a click whenever a hire or a new consumer needs them.

Set up each form once

Upload the PDF you already use, like a handbook acknowledgment or a consumer rights form, and name who signs it: Employee and Owner, or Consumer and Guardian. On the web, drag fields onto the page for each signer. Save it as a template and every later send starts from the same layout.

Send it from the document that's missing

On an employee or consumer record, a missing or expiring document can go out for signature from its own row. Pick the template and the person on the record is filled in for you. When the last person signs, Waiversoft builds the signed PDF and adds a signature certificate page: each signer's name, email, time signed and IP address, their consent to sign electronically, and a fingerprint of the original document. A request sent from a record files that PDF into the document's slot, dated today, and closes any open request for it.

FAQ

Questions about e-sign

Do signers need a Waiversoft account?

No. Each signer gets their own secure link by email and signs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.

Can a guardian sign for a consumer?

Yes. Add a Guardian signer to the template and enter the guardian's name and email when you send. The signed copy still files on the consumer's record.

What proof is kept of who signed?

Every signed PDF ends with a certificate page listing each signer's name, email, time signed, IP address and consent to sign electronically, plus a fingerprint of the original document.

Can I set up templates on the iPhone?

Placing fields is done on the web. From the iPhone app you can send from your templates or from a record and see who has signed.

What does it cost?

E-Sign is part of the one Waiversoft plan, $20 per consumer per month. There's no charge per envelope or per signer.
