For Life Skills Development 3 (ADT) providers
Waiversoft runs the paperwork side of an APD adult day training program. Staff clock in on their phones and write a note for each person from an Adult Day Training template, visits are counted in whole hours against each person's authorization, and the Implementation Plan and your staff's yearly in-service training are tracked on the right files.

How it works
ADT is billed by the hour at a staffing ratio, often for the same group of people day after day. Waiversoft is set up for that.

The ADT file, kept current
People with an ADT line on their authorization get the Implementation Plan on their checklist, current and previous, with its expiration tracked.
Add the approval to the files of the people it applies to, so it's there when a reviewer asks.
Staff who work in ADT get the annual 8-hour in-service training on their file, amber 30 days before it expires.
Pick monthly or quarterly summaries; each person's summaries and annual report come due on schedule.
Optionally, visits aren't billed until the office approves the note.
Location is captured on every punch; skip it for chosen services or caregivers.
Set a different pay rate for ADT than for your other services, and see hours and margin by service.
Download a person's current documents as one ZIP with an index.
Getting started
Pick the ADT service and ratio on their authorization, or let Coworker read the authorization PDF for you to approve.
Mark who works in Adult Day Training so their in-service training shows on their file, and invite them to the caregiver app.
Book repeating shifts, or turn on group shifts to put the whole program day on one shift.
FAQ
Hourly ADT and Prevocational visits count in whole hours from the real clock-in and clock-out: 30 minutes or less rounds down, 31 or more rounds up. The hours come off that person's authorization line.
Yes, if you turn on group shifts. One shift holds several staff and several people; each staff member clocks in and writes their own note for each person, and each person is billed on their own line.
No. Every person gets their own note, written from the Adult Day Training template, so it's about that person and that day.
Yes. Hourly Prevocational lines count in whole hours like ADT, and there's a Prevocational note template that asks about work skills and work activities.
