For consultants and trainers

Waiversoft for APD consultants and trainers

You help providers get enrolled, write their policies, prepare for Qlarant or keep their staff certified. Waiversoft is where that work keeps paying off after you leave: the checklists stay current, certificates are tracked to their expiration, and the policies you shaped live on the agency's own letterhead.

Why it helps your clients

The setup you'd build by hand, already in place

New providers often start with a folder of templates and a list of what Qlarant will ask for. Waiversoft starts them with that list built in.

Starting a provider

Checklists that match the kind of provider your client is

At signup the owner picks Agency, Solo or Qualified Organization (more than one if it applies), and Waiversoft tracks the documents Qlarant's list for that provider type asks for, for every consumer and employee. They can change it later in Settings. For clients still deciding, our free guides on what it costs to start an APD agency and solo provider vs. agency are yours to share.

Trainers

Your certificates, tracked until the next class

Each caregiver's file lists the trainings their job role requires, and staff who give medication get the medication trainings added. Certificates are uploaded to the file with their expiration date, turn amber 30 days before it and red after. If the agency turns on automatic requests, the caregiver is emailed an upload link when a certificate expires or 7, 15 or 30 days before. The caregiver's TRAIN user ID is kept in the file too.
  • Requirements set by role and by duty
  • Upload links emailed before certificates lapse
  • Optional: no clock-in while a required document is missing

Policies and documents

Policies that live where staff will see them

Agencies can ask Coworker, Waiversoft's AI assistant, to draft letters, policies, reports and forms on their letterhead, then edit them by selecting text, download them as PDF or Word, save them to a record or send them for signature. The policies you write for a client can be kept and signed the same way. More on our Coworker page.

FAQ

Questions from consultants and trainers

Is there a fee or a referral payment?

Neither. Partnering costs nothing, and there's no referral payment, commission or client discount today.

Can I log in to my clients' Waiversoft accounts?

No. There's no partner login, and partnering doesn't give access to any agency's records. Your clients share what they choose, such as files they download from Waiversoft.

Does Waiversoft replace the trainings I teach?

No. Waiversoft doesn't provide CPR, First Aid, medication or in-service courses. It tracks the certificates from courses like yours, with their expiration dates.

How does Waiversoft help with a Qlarant review?

Every file shows which required documents are missing or expiring, against Qlarant's list for the provider type. The Qlarant audit tools add-on adds the review package and a to-fix list, and our free Qlarant review guide explains the review itself.
