What changes for you

What a WSC gets from a provider on Waiversoft

Waiversoft is the provider's system, not yours. These are the parts of it that reach your desk.

Summaries and annual reports

Reports that show up before the support plan meeting

The iBudget Handbook asks providers to make the annual report available to you 60 days before the support plan's effective date, and the third quarterly or ninth monthly summary can serve as that report. Providers on Waiversoft track each person's monthly or quarterly summaries on the record, so a missing one shows before the deadline, and Coworker can draft one on the agency's letterhead for staff to review. The rules for each service are in our iBudget services guide.
  • Monthly or quarterly, whichever the provider uses
  • Amber when the next one is due
  • Drafted from the record, checked by the provider

  • Signature, initials, dates and checkboxes placed for you
  • Attach the files the provider asks for
  • An audit page on every signed PDF

Units left

Earlier word when an authorization is running low

Every authorization line in Waiversoft shows the units and hours left this month and for the whole authorization, and the provider sees them again before booking each shift. A provider who can see a line running short can raise it with you weeks ahead, instead of when a claim comes back.
  • Units left per service line
  • Checked again before each shift is saved
  • Caregivers see what's left for their services

Notes

Daily notes written around the person's own goals

Providers record each person's goals in their own words, and caregivers' notes are guided by them. Before a note is approved, Waiversoft flags one that is too short, names no goal or repeats an earlier note, so the progress you read in a summary has daily notes behind it. More on our visit notes page.
  • Goals in the person's own words
  • Flags on short, goal-less or repeated notes
  • Notes approved by the provider's office

FAQ

Questions from support coordinators

Do I need a Waiversoft account?

No. Waiversoft is the provider's system, and there's no WSC login. What reaches you are signing links and the PDFs providers send, which open on any device.

Does partnering cost anything?

No. Providers pay for Waiversoft; there's no cost to a support coordinator for partnering or for signing what providers send.

Do partners get paid for referrals?

Not today. There's no referral payment or commission. Partnering means we stay in touch, answer your providers' questions and give them demos.

Which providers is Waiversoft for?

Florida APD iBudget providers, from solo providers to large agencies: Personal Supports, Life Skills Development, Residential Habilitation, Respite, Supported Living Coaching, behavior services and more.

Know a provider who's buried in paperwork?

Tell us about the providers you coordinate with, and we'll show them how Waiversoft gets reports to you on time.
