For people who know APD providers

Refer an APD agency owner to Waiversoft

Agency owners ask each other what they use for files, schedules and claims. If you're the person they ask, whether you run an agency yourself, lead a provider network or sell to agencies, here is what to tell them and how an introduction works.

What to tell them

A recommendation you can stand behind

The owners you know are busy and wary of software that promises everything. These are the specifics that tend to matter to them.

Who it fits

Built only for Florida's iBudget waiver

Waiversoft isn't general home-care software adapted for Florida. The document checklists follow APD and Qlarant, the rates come from the iBudget rate table, and claims come out as the 837P file Florida Medicaid takes. It fits a provider working alone (solo providers), an agency adding caregivers (small and growing agencies) and one with 50 or more consumers (large agencies).
  • Florida APD iBudget providers, nowhere else
  • Checklists for agencies, solo providers and QOs
  • Not a fit outside the iBudget waiver

What it replaces

Binders, spreadsheets and a separate billing tool

Most owners you'll talk to keep consumer and staff files in binders or shared drives, schedule in a spreadsheet or a group text, and bill through a service or by hand. Waiversoft puts records, scheduling with clock-in from the phone, visit notes, claims, payroll and e-sign in one place, and every file shows what's missing or expiring. The platform overview has the whole list.
  • Consumer and caregiver files with APD checklists
  • A caregiver app on the web and iPhone
  • Claim files and payroll from the same visits

FAQ

Questions from referral partners

Do you pay for referrals?

Not today. There's no referral payment, commission or partner discount right now.

What does the agency pay?

$20 per consumer per month, billed monthly, with every feature in one plan. Office staff and caregivers are free. A few add-ons, such as the Qlarant audit tools, are switched on separately.

Do I need an account to refer someone?

No. There's no partner login. Fill in the partner form once, or simply point the owner to the demo request page.

Which agencies is Waiversoft not a fit for?

Providers outside Florida's iBudget waiver. Waiversoft's checklists, rates and claim files are built for APD and Florida Medicaid only.
